In a continuous endeavor to enhance devotee experience at Shirdi and to facilitate ease of devotee Darshan, Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust has introduced online reservation of services such as accommodation, Darshan, donation etc online. Devotee's can thus plan their Shirdi visit online.
Devotee with this new facility; has option to check availability of various services, add services to the list of selected services and then make payment through secure payment gateway. Devotee gets a single reference ID (acknowledgement ID) for all services opted, which she/he can use for all future references with Sansthan.
Now, Devotees can book Saibaba's Darshan online!
Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi has introduced online Darshan system for better queue management and devotee convenience. In online Darshan pass system, devotee has to provide personal details and select time slot for Darshan. Using the acknowledgement generated online, devotee will get an actual Darshan pass at Shirdi. Devotee needs to undergo biometric scanning at verification gate before proceeding for Darshan. Devotee can avail Darshan only in selected time slot.
Now, Saibaba's Devotees can book a room for themselves before their visit!
Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust provides various types accommodation facilities to Saibaba devotee's at affordable charges. Various room types ranging from Rs. 150 to Rs. 1000 are available as per devotee needs.The Dwarawati Bhaktiniwas is two minutes walking distance from the Bus stand. It was built in the year 2008. It has 334 rooms and dormitories and large rooms to accommodate small groups or families of six to ten people. It also have 80 AC Rooms .This complex is also well equipped with the facilities like the parking space, 24 hour water supply, electricity supply (with full capacity generator back-up) & the security.
The New Bhakta Niwas is the biggest accommodation complex consisting 542 rooms of various categories. It is about 01 Kilometer away on south of the Mandir Complex. Free shuttle service between Mandir complex and New Bhakta Niwas is available round the clock. This complex is well equipped with parking space, canteen facility, 24 hour water, electricity supply (with full capacity generator back-up) and security. It is also equipped with the solar hot water system.
Sai Prasad Niwassthan is yet another accommodation facility located next to Mandir premise and hardly at a distance of 0.5 km from ST stand. This facility has approximately 400 rooms with various room types. This complex is established in year 2000, mainly to facilitate the devotees coming in major groups. It has big dormitories and large halls to accommodate group of people. This complex is also well equipped with the facilities like the parking space, canteen facility, 24 hour water, electricity supply (with full capacity generator back-up) and security.
Now, Saibaba's Devotees can donate their share through e-donation!
Shri Saibaba himself explained the importance of Charity in the 14th chapter of Shri Sai Satcharitra meaning "Charity for a noble cause gives purity of mind to devotee".
Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust accepts donation from devotees for various funds. Sansthan uses the donation for the day to day administration of the Trust to fulfill the requirements of devotee such as accommodation, food, medical services etc.
Donations made under Charitable/Development are eligible for income tax deduction u/s 80-G of income Tax Act 1961. Donation made under charitable/development fund is allocated to following funds:
General Donation Fund: This fund is utilized for Trust corpus fund to provide facilities for devotees.
Building Fund Scheme: this fund is utilized for construction of Buildings for various purposes of Sansthan as well as devotees.
Medical fund: This fund is used for needy patients of Shirdi and surroundings area to get modern and up to date medical facility at affordable rates.
Annadan fund: This fund is used for providing meal (Prasad Bhojan) to Sai devotees at concessional rate and free meal to poor and needy people in Shri Sai Prasadalaya at Shirdi.
Education fund: This fund is used for development and administration of various educational institutions started by Sansthan to get better and up to date educational facility to rural area students of Shirdi and surrounding areas.
Nitya Prasadalaya Annadan scheme: This fund is collected with co-operation from Andhra Bank. Total fund is deposited in this bank. The interest is used for Nitya Prasadalaya Annadan scheme.
Donations made under Religious Activities Fund are not eligible for income tax deduction u/s 80-G of income Tax Act 1961. These donations are allocated to following funds:
Abhishek Fund: This fund is utilized for Daily Abhishek Pooja which is done by Sansthan on behalf of Sai Devotees.
Naivedya Fund: This fund is utilized for Nitya Naivedya to Shri Saibaba in the temple.
Festival fund: This fund is utilized for expenditures during festivals like Ramnavami, Shri Guru Pournima and Shri Saibaba Punyatithi.
Kothi (Dhoop Deep) fund: This fund is utilized for daily Pooja is performed in Samadhi temple, Dwarkamai, Gurusthan and Chavdi.
Shri Sai Satyavrat (Satyanarayan) Fund: This fund is utilized for daily Shri Sai Satyavrat Pooja arranged by Sansthan. Pooja material is supplied by Sansthan.
Sansthan has also undertaken a project titled "Development of Integrated Socio Economical Health, Education and essential facilities". This project is approved by "National committee for Promotion of Social and Economical Welfare (New Delhi)" under section 35 AC vide notification no. S.O. 1473 (E) dated 17th June, 2008. Economically backward people will get the benefit under this scheme. Sansthan can accept donations under 35 AC up to a certain limit.
